Wren & Mercer opposes modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, and exploitative labour practices in all forms. Although the firm operates with a limited direct supply chain, we expect equivalent standards from the providers and partners we choose to work with.
Our business
Wren & Mercer is a consulting firm focused on AI implementation for established businesses. Our operating model relies primarily on professional services, software providers, and specialist contractors rather than complex physical supply chains.
Our approach
We aim to work with reputable providers and partners, and we avoid relationships where there are clear signs of unethical labour practices, coercion, or disregard for basic human rights.
Where appropriate, we consider supplier reputation, conduct, and service terms as part of normal commercial due diligence.
Ongoing review
As the firm grows, we intend to keep this statement under review and strengthen our internal processes where the scale or nature of our supplier relationships changes.
